Supplies

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil

Instructions

Prepare the Avocado:

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  • Mash it with a fork until it forms a smooth paste. For a smoother texture, use a blender.

Add the Other Ingredients:

  • Mix in the olive oil (or coconut oil) and honey, stirring well until fully combined.

Apply the Mask:

  • Section your hair and apply the mask generously from roots to tips, ensuring even coverage.
